Callout Response & Lift Repairs

When you require a callout, our trained engineers are here to help you with a rapid response. We offer a reliable 24-hour, 365 days per year call handling facility for our commercial lift customers, which prioritises calls in ‘real time’ to achieve an efficient service to all forms of dwellings. We work with all types and ages of manufacturer’s equipment, inclusive of software.

We guarantee a response within*:

  • 60 minutes for emergency entrapments
  • 4 hours for callouts and malfunctions in normal working hours, nationally
  • 4 hours for callouts and malfunctions outside normal working hours, inclusive of weekends and bank holidays, nationally

As we are members of the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA), all our nationally appointed lift Engineers and Technicians are fully qualified to NVQ3 and NVQ4 respectively,  providing continued high levels of competency.

Minor repairs

If you experience technical faults with your lift, we aim to fix the issue during the first visit.

If non-stock parts are found to be required and are not available through our engineers’ extensive stock of spare parts within their vans, we will always endeavour to carry out a safe and temporary fix to keep your lift in operation. Meanwhile, we will source parts from our extensive library of ‘Approved Supply Chains’, saving you from having to wait for a second visit.

In addition to our contracted works/repairs, we can offer specific ‘one off’ tailored non-contract lift repair works supported by competitive quotations to suit your every day operational needs, with no long-term contractual commitments.
